wHY DO YOU NEED AN INSPECTION?
TM44 air conditioning inspections are a legal requirement in the UK under the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 and, in Scotland, the Energy Performance of Buildings (Scotland) Regulations 2008.
These regulations implement the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), which aims to improve building energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions across Europe.
